I recently accepted an offer to instruct the "Who's Taking Your Clients" class at the Premiere Beauty Show in Orlando this summer. This is a great opportunity, and I'm excited to be apart of this distingushied convention.
I will conduct two different sessions of the course. The 90 minute sessions will be held Sunday, June 1 and Monday, June 2 from 11:15 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.
I will discuss proven strategies to build and maintain your client base, identify threats to your salon, why salons fail, how to build and position yourself as a brand, how to master the secret formula of the successful stylist and how the hair and beauty business is changing.
